Overall, I had a good stay at the London Heathrow Marriott. The room was clean and comfortable, although a few small details let it down slightly—there were some smudges on the mirror and bathroom door frame that suggested a bit more attention to detail was needed.
The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. The hotel itself was very quiet, which made for a restful stay.
Breakfast at Carluccio’s was a highlight—great quality and a good variety of options on the buffet. We also checked out the Executive Lounge, but found it underwhelming. It lacked the premium feel we were expecting, and soft drinks from a machine didn’t really match the tone—individual drinks would have made a better impression.
The shower products in the room were excellent and added a nice touch. I was a little surprised that parking wasn’t included, which I would have expected at an airport hotel.
All in all, a solid stay with great service and a strong breakfast, but a few small changes could have really elevated the experience.
