The beds were very comfy and the apartment is spacious with everything you need
The staff were very accommodating of a change in bed formation and allocating a parking spot. We arrived after reception hours and everything was in place as per their instructions. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly as described.

Very odd check in process. The lady on the front desk wantd to scan and upload my drivers licence but could not tell me why. When I got up to the apartment the door was ajar (not confidence inspiring) and I later found the veranda door unlocked.
We had a one night stay for medical appointments in the area. Room was very good overall but the table was broken and unsteady, toilet seat loose and we had to request an extra towell as only one was in bathroom for two people. Room was easy to access, bed was good, shower and bathroom good and overall we felt secure.
Convenient location, clean and well kept property and rooms, very helpful staff, efficient amenities and off street parking... overall a great place to stay!

Good apartment
Great location . Nice property with great restaurants and shops close by. Old style cinema down the road with a cool vibe. Beware not to lock yourself out with the old key style entry. You’ll be charged a call out fee of $50 if the main office is closed . We were not cautioned about this on check in and that wasn’t appreciated.
I have stayed at CSA many times. Staff are helpful, it is a good property for a good price. Good proximity to transport into the city, good options for shopping, dining, leisure activities and groceries nearby.

Some minor maintenance needed
All good apart from some minor gripes regarding maintenance. Some kitchen doors wouldn’t push open. Also the microwave wouldn’t start. The interconnected doors don’t block voices from the neighbouring room. Otherwise a great place to stay.
