A. Please Do Not strip beds. B. Cleaning 1.The property must be left in a neat & tidy state. 2.All dishes must be washed/placed back into the cupboards. 3.Place all used towels in the laundry basket.
1. Rubbish must be disposed in the correct bin: Yellow – recycling (no plastic bags) Red - general rubbish Green – leaves/grass clippings. 2. Council may refuse collection/impose a fine. Fee applies.

Moses is an excellent communicator. The property is large and spacious. It’s getting a little tired and will need some renovations soon but, overall a great place to stay.
