Great location, very central to Southbank area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, well maintained and quiet and most importantly the bed was comfortable. Very happy with our booking and we will definately be back.

Room was ready on a slightly early arrival which was great after a long flight. Side table in room took 3 days to be fully cleaned. Toilet flush which was continuously flushing once reported was fixed same day. Breakfast & reception staff were friendly everyday. Only negative is I could still hear outside traffic even on 11th floor! But great city view so couldn’t complain.

Friendly staff, clean room. Bed looked perfect but the way its made is not for sleeping in - had to remake so sheet stayed in place and untuck at bottom so could get in - King doona in cover wrong way but coudnt decide if was on purpose to sit nicer. Breakfast basic but did have hot food - eggs, bacon etc Coffee just ok but option to buy better if someone there
