I booked through last minute a 4 bed apartment and when i got there it was only 2 beds. No one answered my calls at reception so we were left with 2 kids sleeping on the floor. I paid for a 4 be and the ad on last minute misrepresented the room. Very angry and disappointed

Room was a bit tired, the furniture very dated and the drapes were stuck and again very dated. The bed was very comfortable and the spa was great. Lots of fluffy towels. Very polite and helpful staff but my tv did not work for my entire 5 night stay something wrong with the internet connection. Great location close to jazz bars cafes nightlife and vintage shopping...

Disappointing overnight stay..apartment was dated, dark & not very clean. Booked the Junior suite but it was nothing resembling the photo! Only 2 pillows supplied in room..requested an extra 2 pillows by automated phone & also by staff member at reception but still not available when we returned later that evening. Sorry but would definitely not recommend!

Well located, good price. Economical so you get what you pay for - but that at present means the Furnishings are pretty tired. Ground floor room can be noisy with passing guests, rolling suitcases etc and the sound of feet clomping down a metal staircase.

This place gets mixed reviews. It’s really fine and would definitely stay here again. Yes the grouting in the shower could use updating. Yes it’s a little worn. But overall it’s fine. It is at the edge of Fitzroy which is a great area with run restaurants and bars and life. It’s easy to get here from the CBD. It’s safe everything worked and was comfortable.

Check in was fabulous, very friendly staff, love the complimentary off street parking, & free upgrade, room was clean & comfy, just a bit tired, curtains need hook clips as they were hanging badly which is not a good look, I did report this to reception as I didn't want to be blamed for it. Also there is a timber corner skirting board between the kitchen and lounge area which needs repairing as it is split wide open. If these minor details were to be repaired as they are reported, the cost of repair would be much smaller than having to do a complete total refurb of the entire complex.
