We stayed here on our wedding weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by some complementary wine, chocolates and a room upgrade. Thank you to all the staff, it was much appreciated. We also had a minor medical incident during the night to which the staff were also very helpfull. Thanks again to all. Great room, great view, great service.

Disappointing

We booked and paid for a bay view room with a king bed, we did not get this. We were informed that king beds are by request and subject to availability. Nowhere on the Quest website does it state this. We were downgraded to a different room that did have a king bed, but no view and promised and $50/night refund, which did not eventuate.

A really good studio room with a great water view

Great Bay view as soon as I walked in the room, really good sized studio, balcony, and while the Bay facing rooms are over the Nepean Highway I found that at night with the aircon on I wasn't disturbed. And a short walk from the foreshore, pubs, restaurants etc. A good stay, would stay again for sure.

Near to mall

Service is good. Location is convenient with restaurants and a mall nearby. Also close to the beach front. Front counter staff is good and attentive. Ability to resolve problems efficiently and communicate clearly.

The rooms are huge!, modern and beautiful. Close to Frankston Beach, shops and east to get to as the SkyBus from the airport stops here. Absolutely loved my stay here. Special mention to Lana at reception for being so helpful. Will definitely book again.

I really liked staying at the Quest, the one thing I didn't like was that as a person who likes to pay cash when I can I didn't like the fact that I had to use my card for the security deposit, especially when there was no money on my card. After racing all over Frankston trying to find a bank I was told that they could not guarantee the deposit would be there straight away. I had to phone a friend to fix everything. When reading that they needed a card for security deposit it did not dawn on me that they would not take cash. Other than this I enjoyed my stay there.
