Large, clean, spacious rooms. Was great to have cooking facilities in the room, local shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Easy walk into SwinBurne University for the course. Catch the train from Skybus to Glenferrie Road Hawthorn (easier than tram). As I stayed longer for a week, had a lovely welcome present of snacks and room serviced. Would definitely recommmed.

Room was clean but the carpet in the entrance area adjoining the ensuite has water damage as the shower leaks really badly. We had to use the towels to blot up the water that comes directly onto the tiles. The partition between our room and another room was broken which made it feel unsafe on the ground floor as someone could easily walk across to our room. Had to be sure our sliding door was locked overnight which meant no fresh air. The card for the parking was faulty and staff had to buzz us in manually. Our room hadn’t been made up and when I enquired I was told that there is no housekeeping of a weekend. That’s not acceptable. The staff however were very helpful and gave us another set of towels and more coffee pouches.

Great area with so many restaurants and public transport nearby. Hotel very cosy and comfortable and right around the corner for work! Quiet in the room and highly recommend this accommodation and I look forward to coming back.

This property was centrally located to Hawthorn and close to the conference I was attending as well as food shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. It had a small kitchen which allowed us to prepare simple meals. The parking was underneath and reasonably priced.
