Booked a family room with two double beds, got two roll away beds plus a double. Tried to get a drink for the kids in the bar but the soda machine was broken and no alternatives were offered, disappointing so had to go somewhere else. Breakfast was fantastic and location excellent

Has needed some TLC for years now and it shows more and more. The key fobs on half the elevators are missing and defective. Stains on outer windows. Light fobs in premium rooms missing Toilet flusher knob even missing!🙈

Plumbing issues

The hotel and staff were very helpful at check in. This was a brief stay with us arriving in the evening and leaving on a flight early the next morning. The only flaw in our room was that all the taps only put out scalding hot water. We were unable to shower and barely able to wash our hands. We convinced the front desk to let us use the room next door to wash up as I had mobility issues and didn’t want to completely move rooms, but that room had the same issue.

Dissapointed in some ways, but bed was comfy.

The bath taps were falling off, there was no lever avalibke to emoty the bath water. When booking it was not clear that the pool was not part of the cost. I was lent a plug to charge my phone and when i plugged it in I had an electric shock and then all the room was fused. Theu did offer to moce rooms, but this was about an hour before I was due to leave. So no point.
