Our first time staying here and we would be back. Room: Starting to show its age. Outlets are getting loose from others trying to stab their wrong sized plugs into it. TV is a little small for such a large room and the channels aren’t even in HD. Regardless the room was clean, bed was comfy and we enjoyed a good nights rest. Location: Lau Pa Sat a block away, it’s our favourite spot to eat in Singapore. Raffles Place MRT station and Downtown MRT station are close which allows easy access around the city. Staff: Super friendly and nice. We were hopping on a short cruise before our stay and asked the hotel if we can leave some luggage with them for a few days as we wouldn’t need them for the cruise and they said yes. No luggage storage fees either! We look forward to staying again.

Very old hotel. Staff could’ve checked all the light switches before checking in a guest. One of the light switches was wonky but was fixed the next day. The fire alarm went off 3 times in 4 days. One time it went off at 12:30 am while I was sleeping. Room was spacious and it had a washer which I didn’t get to use. Kitchenette was good and I liked the amenities.

We were able to access our room early. Very pleasant staff. Easy check in and out. Perfect room with kitchen and washer/dryer. Location was walking distance to all the sites and MRT line across the street.

The staff at the property are very helpful and just help get over any problem. The provision of the cafe to provide in room dining at a reasonable cost and at gear speed. It’s a great location with the mrt on the doorstop.

Good location

The hotel was in walking distance to Marina Bay Sands. Great location. Room was clean and staff were friendly. The TV was a little out of date. They didn’t have Netflix and the like on the main bigger tv but only on the little one, so making it a little harder to watch tv in bed. Overall nice hotel and great location.

Very relaxing stay after long day flying

The only issue i could find with the room and its not really a major ticket item, there was a tile under the bath either broken or just pushed in leaving a gap. Outside of that, we were coming off a back to back 7 and a half hour flights and the minute i hit the pillow i was asleep, so that was a huge plus. The staff were very helpful and the check in proceedure was very smooth.

National Day weekend 2025

Check in was a breeze. Front desk officer was warm and friendly. If they could also provide bathrobes in the room, everything for the stay would be a great. The small kitchenette was brilliant though the carpentry a bit dated. Housekeeping didn't clean the microwave as there's a bowl left behind inside it. The stove didn't seems to work when we tried using it. Otherwise everything was good and thoughtful for a pleasant stay. Swimming pool has a nice view and the kids enjoyed the Living room where they can chillax and play boardgames while adults can sip coffee with light snacks. Cons about the pool though there isn't a shower room facilities where you can shower first before heading up to your room. Nonetheless I find that I still enjoy staying at this hotel and would love to stay here again.
