Really clean and reasonable rooms for the price of stay! If you are looking for night life and entertainment then this is the place to go, be aware noise and thumping from the nearby clubs, bars and restaurants is there until 2/3am everyday! The hosts where really great with our concerns and helps us come to an agreement! Great team and staff

Heritage boat quay

Place is very well situated with great eateries nearby. Boat Quay vibe is great as well. Excellent service and response from Mary and Ryan. Mary is a star - gets things sorted very efficiently. Will certainly return when im in singapore again. Excellent value for money. Well done!

The facility managers and staff at Heritage Collection was a highlight of the stay. Great communication and helpful. The location was convenient to Clark Quay, Raffles Place and City Hall as well. However, the space was narrower than expected, although quite self-sufficient. The wifi unfortunately didn’t work the week that I stayed even after help from the staff. It was very spotty and couldn’t sustain a video call. My 4G data also was spotty in the building, perhaps there is some interference. Also, the windows are not sealed well and the walls are thin, so I could hear people opening and closing downs, and being intimate or having conversations at odd times of the night. I enjoyed the location and service from the team, and it was nice to have cooking facilities in the room.

Excellent

It’s definitely worth more than the price. Everything that may be needed was there (from electric stove to laundry machines). The shower was excellent with a huge amount of water and a temperature that can be tuned up to very high. The room initially had a bit of smell but it went away quickly. There was very occasionally a bit of noise problem, but none lasted more than a few minutes. The service people, Jarwin and Clarence, were very friendly and helpful as well. In my years of travel I have not seen a better hotel than this at anywhere near the price level. I have also stayed at the Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay, which appeared newer but has smaller rooms and doesn’t have laundry as this one.

It's a nice hotel suitable for short term stay working at CBD. 15 mins walk to raffles place as well as chinatown. The staff, Jarwin, is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay since it's quite handy with refrigerator, washing machine and even drying machine at the common area.

I stayed about 4 weeks and it’s a nice and convenient place. Many restaurants and bars around. Sometimes is crowded and musics in the night but the staffs (especially Jarwin and Nuri) are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Its worth the price! Its in a very good location - right in the middle of the city. Commuting is easy as well with the Clarke Quay MRT located 5 mins away. Check-in was ok, but you have to wait at the property if you arrive before your scheduled time. There is a certain smell when you enter the building that persists permanently, but you gradually get used to it. Housekeeping is done only once a week - which is fine for a serviced apartment, however the towels are not changed - one needs to wash their own towels in the communal laundry provided within the apartment building. Jarwin was the person who greeted me in and he was easy-going to talk to and communicable by phone thereafter. The apartment itself was like any other hotel room - in good order and neat and clean. Will stay again if I am in Singapore.

The property was decent. Jarwin, in particular, was very organized and made sure my stay was pleasant. He was on top of his game with communications and easy to talk to. The location is great and in the middle of everything. I recommend this property for a stay on budget and value for money.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at Heritage @ Clarke Quay. The location was ideal for checking out Singapore. Our host Jarwin was incredibly helpful, too. He recommended places to see in the local area and was always available if we had any questions. He even looked after our luggage after we checked out, since our flight was a late one. Couldn't be happy with the place and the service we received. Highly recommended. Thanks Jarwin and rest of the Heritage team.

Great property, in a great location, with great amenities. The check in was excellent, Jarwin communicated with me to arrange a convenient time and kept in communication throughout the visit to check there were no issues. The washer and dryer were a huge help given I was staying for an extended period of time on business (saved the usual expensive hotel laundry charges).

The hotel is perfectly located for access to the CBD, and wonderful for local food options. The staff and room quality keep me coming back each time I am in Singapore. Jarwin is especially communicative and helpful--he always makes himself available to help and ensures a relaxing and pleasant stay. Attention to detail and spotlessly clean rooms make this surprisingly quiet hotel well worth the money. Access to laundry facilities in the building is a bonus, as well. I always search this hotel first when visiting Singapore!

I had a great stay at "Heritage@ Clarke Quay (80 Boat Quay) and was impressed with the friendy staff of which made the stay very enjoyable, (thank you Jarwin). Other than being located on the river, I was rapt that it was only a short walk to restaurants, bars and shops.

Great Location

Just arrived back in UK after staying here 10 nights, perfect location, 5 minute walk to Clarke Quay MRT, 10 minute walk to Marina Bay, bars and restaurants just outside the door!, Jarwin and Cherry made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived, they could not do enough for us and were always on hand should we need anything. The room was cosy, clean and faultless, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

The apartment is incredibly clean, well furnished and confortable. I’ve stayed in 6 other locations in Singapore and it’s definitely the best experience so far. Above that, Jarwin and Cherry were amaizing hosts. Incredibly helpful, efficient and very kind. Through their kindness and availability they managed to make an already pleasant experience even more cozy. I felt very well attended.
