Hotel is nice but dated. Rooms are spacious however furniture/cabinets are old and some falling apart. Our room was also very musty smelling. It is also very loud on main floor if someone is above you. We thought a herd of elephants was above us. That being said it was safe and did the trick for our overnight before our flight.

Hoping for updates & cleaner

I wished it were cleaner -- including hallways, elevator, most corners, high ceiling spider & bug remnants. In need of many updates, including a side door to the outside with a hole clear through it. Many warnings about break-ins (including a must-sign parking lot waiver) + multiple cameras in all the public hallways. Fitness center does not have elliptical as one description promised.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the dining setup and choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Drawbacks were loud guests on the floor above us (no sound proofing), shower had issues with lack of hot water and hotel hallways reeked of pot.

Love the hotel, though I should’ve stayed home 😎

Enjoyed myself, though when I asked the male staff with reddish beard to deactivate one of my keys I was told it wasn’t aloud or can’t do it. At that moment, I gathered my things due to me feeling unsafe and I barricaded my door & use the Bolt lock just to get some sleep. Then, checkout after I had enough rest.
