We greatly appreciated the positive attitude from the front desk attendant. She was so upbeat and encouraging after a long day of travel. She made our experience traveling with 4 young kids enjoyable rather than stressful.

Would rate almost perfect BUT a staff lady serving breakfast was an absolutely terrible human!!!! She was reposted to management and I never heard if she was spoken to etc. Will not stay there again just because of that one person that ruined it!!
