I had multiple correspondences with hotel staff after reservation confirmation from Expedia. I inquired about hotel location and transportation; each correspondence referenced to Expedia Confirmation number. Upon arrival, staff could not find my reservation record, despite I showed them the e-mail correspondences and the hotel replies. Had to start all over again to finally find me a room to stay. The hotel staff was polite and efficient; just the reservation process got hiccups.

this is a great place to stay definitely if your solo travelling, the rooms are clean and nice and u have Alot of amenities there for you. please note there is only one elevator to use but it doesn’t really get that busy as i was alone in the elevator for most of my trip, also it is close to the ginza line and the Jr line which is great for going around tokyo, electric town is also just a few minutes away which is super nice, again about the room itself, it is small but not THAT small and i had just enough it not more room for me, so much so i didnt need to put my suitcase under the bed, this hotel is super nice and i think you should stay

APA is excellent for travellers, it is no frills, but it works. I will say this one does not have a laundry room which is a point against it. We stayed here at the end of our trip and were hoping to do some laundry.

Quality stay around Akihabara

So far, I've stayed three APA Hotels near Akihabara, this was among the best -- mainly due to the size of slightly larger room. As APA Hotels gives us consistent service, this is typically a good quality hotel from APA. The only negative side that we would like to mention was there is only single elevator which creates a chaos during "rush hours" (i.e. extremely longer waiting time yet you do not even find a room to ride it arrives). Besides, self service kiosk does not really "self" as we did need assistance from the staff anyway. Nonetheless, that does not offset the quality of hardware in the room. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was firm/wide enough to accommodate two adults. Small refrigerator and (extra) storage area (and under the bed) was a nice touch. This would be our default when we return next year. Thank you very much.
