Hotel was okay, however 14 floors with only one elevator was fairly inconvenient. No laundry room. Did however appreciate underbed space big enough for suitcases.

Quality stay around Akihabara

So far, I've stayed three APA Hotels near Akihabara, this was among the best -- mainly due to the size of slightly larger room. As APA Hotels gives us consistent service, this is typically a good quality hotel from APA. The only negative side that we would like to mention was there is only single elevator which creates a chaos during "rush hours" (i.e. extremely longer waiting time yet you do not even find a room to ride it arrives). Besides, self service kiosk does not really "self" as we did need assistance from the staff anyway. Nonetheless, that does not offset the quality of hardware in the room. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was firm/wide enough to accommodate two adults. Small refrigerator and (extra) storage area (and under the bed) was a nice touch. This would be our default when we return next year. Thank you very much.

I didn’t know this APA has not public bath, if I know this I didn’t book. And this hotel is open air in front of each room, therefore it is cold and noisy in the room. And it is a bit far from the station. In my personal opinion, I should have booked other APA which has public bath and close to the station in same area.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately encountered some cleanliness issues. Upon entering the room, I discovered a long, visible body hair on the bed sheet, indicating that the room was not adequately cleaned. While the reception staff were generally polite, the language barrier presented a significant challenge. Communication during check-in, check-out, and inquiries was quite difficult due to the limited English proficiency among the staff. Otherwise, price and location are very good.
