The staff were very friendly and being able to store our luggage prior to check in was great. However, the lobby was very crowded as that was where the luggage was stored. The food options available to purchase were limited and having to go down 14 floors for a microwave was very inconvenient too. For the price I would have expected at least coffee available instead of the instant in our rooms.

The hotel was okay it wasn’t far from the shopping centres and railway and Underground subway the only one thing that I didn’t like was that wasn’t no breakfast given to you or dinner given to you by the hotel you had to buy your own supplies food. And the umbrellas were available that wasn’t enough. The bed was 4 out of five. But would I choose? The hotel again no thanks not for me.

I had multiple correspondences with hotel staff after reservation confirmation from Expedia. I inquired about hotel location and transportation; each correspondence referenced to Expedia Confirmation number. Upon arrival, staff could not find my reservation record, despite I showed them the e-mail correspondences and the hotel replies. Had to start all over again to finally find me a room to stay. The hotel staff was polite and efficient; just the reservation process got hiccups.

this is a great place to stay definitely if your solo travelling, the rooms are clean and nice and u have Alot of amenities there for you. please note there is only one elevator to use but it doesn’t really get that busy as i was alone in the elevator for most of my trip, also it is close to the ginza line and the Jr line which is great for going around tokyo, electric town is also just a few minutes away which is super nice, again about the room itself, it is small but not THAT small and i had just enough it not more room for me, so much so i didnt need to put my suitcase under the bed, this hotel is super nice and i think you should stay

APA is excellent for travellers, it is no frills, but it works. I will say this one does not have a laundry room which is a point against it. We stayed here at the end of our trip and were hoping to do some laundry.
