The blankets of our bed were dirty, I went to the lobby to speak with the staff and they gave me the sheets to change it by myself, I had no problem but I was expecting a litlle help since the stain was pretty big and visible. There is a subway really near to this hotel, however, you have to walk through two stations to get in the most used lines (Ginza and Marunouchi)

Loved my stay here. I highly recommend if you are traveling to Tokyo and want a quiet spot not a far walk from a shopping district and a short train ride from the popular tourist sights and night life fun. Really short walk to a main transit hub.

Quiet place, convenient to different train lines.

This location was very convenient and quiet, very close to a shrine which was super nice especially during the New Years! I’m aware Tokyo hotels are quite small, so I can’t complain too much but the room was definitely a tight fit for 2 people and 3 luggages. Didn’t have a chance to use the amenities but would’ve been nice to check them out. Front desk was helpful and also assisted with luggage forwarding services to our next hotel.

It was such a great location with access to multiple train stations. The shrine right behind the hotel creates the most peaceful and quiet space! I would definitely stay here again!

Nice area within walking distance to Diet building, Imperial Palace, and neighborhood of small eateries and shops. Hie Shrine is right behind the property. Beautiful spot with staircase of Tori Gates. Entrance to subway is on the same block. Breakfast buffet was great. We opted not to pay ahead (which only saves $200 yen). Small, but excellent options. Having iced coffee and simple syrup sweetener to make a cold lattes was a life saver. I was eating the mackerel with glutinous rice every morning of our stay. Don’t skip the outdoor hot tub.

The hotel staff are courteous, professional and efficient. My son’s flight was delayed due to a snowstorm and he had to cancel first night’s stay. When I told them the situation in the morning, they said they would contact Expedia because I booked the room via Expedia and would text me the result. I received their text around noon and was glad to learn that they were able to cancel the first night stay without cancellation fee. I really appreciate their help.

The hotel is located in a safe and quiet area. It is across the street from a metro station so it is very convenient to get to Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, etc. via the metro subway. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby. The hotel room is clean and quiet. The onsen on the terrace level is an added bonus. Soaking in the hot spring is very relaxing after long walks. The hotel staff are courteous. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

My stay at APA exceeded my expectations. I was worried that the room might be too small when I saw the room size is only 118 sqft. But the room is so thoughtfully designed. Every inch of the room is put to good use, which makes it feel a lot more spacious. The bed is comfortable and the comforter is soft and fluffy. All the amenities are of good quality. I love the clean and elegant design of the room. I will definitely stay here again for future visits.
