Facility is great just like any APA hotels. Check in process is smooth and well organized. However staff are cold and unwelcoming compared to other locations. Not sure if the staff are overwhelmed at the increase in tourism but the lack of attention and willingness to help is a let down.

One of the better APAs as the facility is clean and neat (but of course small). Literally located right outside of train station exits, and within 5 mins you can get to the central of Asakusa. Easy transfer from and to both Narita and Haneda airports. They also have baggage storage service for guest - extremely convenient for check-in / check-out days. Will absolutely stay here again if I was to stay in Tokyo.

Perfect Tourist Hotel

It's Japan- the rooms are compact ! But, it was everything we needed . Many extras, comfortable bed, extra clean, literally 10 meters from the subway ( one train ride from Narita with no transfers !), and a Family Mart right next door. Walking distance to Sensoji Temple, Asahi Beer factory, and 20 min walk to Tokyo Skytree !
