Hotel was conveniently located about a 20 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, in a side street with little traffic which made the rooms relatively quiet. Staff was welcoming and friendly. There's a Lawson located directly across from it in case you need any necessities, as well as a 7Eleven a little further down the street.

Hotel was fine, staff were okay but a little less helpful than our other Ginza area hotel. One elevator and one washer dryer were not ideal. Breakfast being in another APA was also an unknown to us before arriving.

Staff are good, property is ok, location is ok, breakfast is very bad becasue small dinning place, food is cold, japenes food is super bad, breads small size as cookie, no fruits, coffee is super bad taste, no salad. Overall, i dont recommend it. I have to walk 5 minute away from my hotel to brekafst place under rain.

Rooms are small but comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff are nice and helpful. There is no restaurant at this hotel but you can get a meal ticket and eat at the Apa location just down the road. There is a drink vending machine and microwave on the first floor. It is within walking distance to metro stations (easy to get to from Haneda Int.), cafes/restaurants/connivence stores.
