Communication was extremely difficult due to language barriers. When I asked staff questions, they would answer with completely unrelated information. We had to use translation tools multiple times before we could understand each other but that’s expected when it’s a different country. Not the best for non-Japanese. The cleanliness was unacceptable. I found hair throughout my stay, and there was a piece of trash on the floor next to the guest side of the bed that was never cleaned up during my entire trip.

We only stayed one short night before a flight so didn't experience all of the hotel's offerings. Our room for 5 people was super spacious and clean (one small double bed each). It was well stocked with amenities and pyjamas (first for us but didn't fit us large adults). Close to train station and many konbinis with a Lawson directly across the road. Loved the shuttle bus which starts at 5.50am every 1.5 hours and goes to all terminals. (Website not correct).

The exterior of the hotel looks great but the room is still ok. Interior design is a bit old especially the toilet. However room is still relatively clean. Price is reasonable and location is not too far from the omori jr station. There are several shopping centers around and many convenience shops nearby. The playground near the hotel has beautiful gingko trees! Great for Autumn time.

My stay at Hotel Mystays Premier Omori was very disappointing. The room was smelly and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The front desk staff was not accommodating, and most of them barely understood English. They also weren’t friendly, which made the experience even more unpleasant. We will definitely not stay here again. I requested a late check-out and was willing to pay the quoted around $125 for another day instead of late check out fee. When I called back to confirm, the front desk told me I still had to check out at 11 AM and check back in at 3 PM. I explained that I was already an in-house guest and only needed to extend my stay until 6 PM. They said they had no late check-out option, so I agreed to pay for another night. However, I was then told I would have to pay an additional about $120 (total $230) just to check in at 12 PM instead of 3 PM, which made no sense since I was already checked in. Overall, the service was confusing, unprofessional, and very frustrating.

The website said they don't have turn down service on a daily basis, but they do. The pjs were comfy. Full amenities restocked on a daily basis also. The rooms were big. The third pull out bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mystays Premier Omori. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and we felt welcomed right away. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring Tokyo. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how well the space was designed for both rest and convenience. The location is another huge plus, with easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. Whether we were heading into the city or returning late, everything felt effortless. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. Great service, a very clean environment, and a comfortable room made it an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and very accommodating. I was going to use my google translate but she speaks and understands English. She greeted us with a smile and that’s what we always love when hotel employees are very friendly and greets you with a smile. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Hotel is also walking distance to a lot of restaurants coffee shops and Grocery stores. There is also a Lawson’s right across the street and a 7/11 2 blocks away. There’s also a few buildings that has a lot of restaurants and shops in it.

The hotel was close to a lot of shops and the train station. We preferred to be a bit further away from the busy Tokyo area. The staff were great, especially the front desk lady who helped me contact the police to arrange for an item that I had lost to be returned to me. I had a great experience and I would stay at this hotel if I ever go to Tokyo again in the future.
