We stayed at Remm from 2/6 to 8/25. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, with plenty of shopping options nearby. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to an issue with the cleanliness of one of the rooms. My friends noticed socks and toothpicks on the floor behind and next to the massage chair, which seemed to have been there for some time. We asked the staff to clean the room the next day, and while they did, the socks and toothpicks were still there when we returned.
When I addressed this with the hotel staff, they apologized. I also asked if there was any compensation, such as a discount on breakfast or dinner, but they explained that they don’t offer that, and apologized again. While I understand this was not the front desk's fault, I do think the hotel should have a policy in place for such situations, such as offering a small discount or gesture of goodwill.
The rooms are small, but they served their purpose as we were mostly out exploring the city.
