The staff was amazing but the room and the entire building could use a good cleaning , the carpets are old and very thirty.
They feel and look very dusty. ( carpet)
All around the corners need to be vacuum , the carpets look very thirty.

The staff was nice, helped us check in. Rooms were small but decent, shower pressure was amazing and so was the massage chair, downside was the mini fridge could barely fit anything. But it was a great location close to akihabara and the JR train.

Everything was excellent. Very spacious room in comparison to others in the area. Bathroom was very spacious. Rain head shower and massage chair are huge bonuses. Staff extra friendly and helpful. Hotel even stored our luggage free of charge as we went out of town for a couple of days.

Clean and wonderful room as expected! I usually come here when I come to Tokyo. The location is extremely convenient (less than a minute away from JR Akihabara station and a little bit longer to get to subway Akihabara stations) and the area has some good restaurants. I look forward to staying again!
