The room is super clean. They do daily cleaning (trash out, vacuum), replenish/ change supplies (slippers, towels, bath towels, robes). For our 8 nights stay they change bed cover, pillow case twice. They also tidy up the room. Amenities are: coffee machine, tea, snacks (donuts, macaroons, Japanese pancake), skin care, razor, comb available at ground floor, coin laundry, vending machines. The staff are friendly.

Really clean and nice hotel with good facilities, good breakfast, free hot drinks and snacks, in a great neighbourhood. Perfect start to our first time in Tokyo. Easy walk to the metro for the start of our tour.

Friendly staff in a convenient location. Within a ten minute walk to two different metro lines made getting around Tokyo very easy. Akasaka itself has a great food scene to explore. Rooms were small but I expect that is fairly standard for Tokyo. The kids loved the daily buffet breakfast. Would recommend.

Room was bright. Breakfast was good. Dryer takes 2 hours to drive your clothes. Hotel is located on an uphill, tired of climbing the hill after all day of walking.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional from the moment I arrived. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hotel was quiet and well cared for, which made the stay relaxing. The location was convenient and made it easy to visit nearby places.
