Shingle-style home set on a private flag lot creek view acre. Spacious 3000sq.ft. Four bedroom, four bath home is perfect for Summer entertaining. First floor you have a relaxed open concept kitchen and den overlooking the water. There is a separate formal living and formal dining room as well. Upstairs you have four large bedrooms, two ensuite. Outside enjoy a large area of green lawn and multi level decking for outdoor cooking and a heated 18’ x 36’ pool. There is an attached Two car garage that enters into the mudroom/laundry area.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment.
