Comfortable and convenient

Clean comfortable room. Noisy air con and dull drone noise in room and room had an interior ‘view’ making it dull. Very convenient for airport. Did not eat here but did try to get a coffee at a place doing bar meals and drinks. However they said they would have to order it in for us so would take a long time! Was off putting. We could not find anywhere else to simply have black coffees and seat.

Stayed multiple times, and the Sofitel at T5 must have welcomed a million visitors, and every time I have to complain about the hostile electrics in the room which causes me poor sleep - no power sockets within 15 feet of bed so its not possible to check the alarm, check the time, check for messages, leading (especially alarm and time) to terrible sleep. There ARE sockets near the bed but of special proprietary design. They could have switched those 5 years ago and avoided caising
