On arrival I was allocated room 29. The external sliding doors in the room are broken and unable to lock. I requested another room and was allocated room 33 The room was infected with inspects. I will request a full refund and i suggest you investigate further.

Beds creaky and uncomfortable. Cold water came out as a trickle. Window wouldnt lock and we were on the ground floor. Breakfast awful! Bread stale, childrens cereal, no sausage, bacon and eggs looked powdered. Hot drinks in paper cups and no fresh milk. Freezing cold in breakfast area.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable in all respects and the cooked buffet breakfast enjoyable. We were late arriving, as advised beforehand, and were more than happy with the way we were received. I do not aways write reviews but this one was well deserved.
