Lovely property. We had a double room, which was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. The only gripe (tiny) the curtains wouldn't stay closed. I used a hair clip to keep the morning light out.

Everything about this stay was spot on. The staff were all amazing. Great customer service and nothing forced. The room was absolutely spotless and nice and quiet. We booked for dinner which was also excellent. Can’t fault a single thing. Would definitely return!

We made reservations for 2 rooms 4 guests and the second room was ready for 1. No wifi instructions on the 2nd room. The staff argued that we made the wrong reservation. Absolutely not true! Breakfast was complimentary but very poor. Would be better not to offer it at all.

Great pub stop

Smashing one night stop for work. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, ample parking (I was in a 16-passenger seat minibus) and smashing food. Buses from directly outside, only 20 minute drive from central Bath. Highly recommend!

Due to all the diversions and road closures, it took us over 2 hours to get to the property from University of Bath. We called the Hotel a couple of times to get directions and they were very helpful. The young lady that checked us in was very polite and friendly.

We stayed on dates that the pub/restruant were closed (sun evening to weds), but a few other businesses in the area were also closed these days. Looks a nice little pub. Check in and out easy. Room lovely, bed comfy. Excellent for what we wanted
