Greeted by very friendly staff on arrival and throughout our stay, spa and gym facilities were very good, just had to go back upstairs after gym to see if towels were available as told by spa staff luckily the hotel manager was very helpful and kindly got us clean towels. The lodge was very clean but unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable as it was two singles pushed together. Alongside this there was a loud humming noise from the bathroom which meant we had an uncomfortable nights sleep Everything else was very good. I will be staying again but I would request a different room if available Thank you to the Manager and lady on Reception for their wonderful service

Check in and check out was super friendly. My requests was met which we really appreciated. All the staffs that we came across was very helpful, served us with a smile and very professional. Good spa facilities, although can be busy due to the school holidays. Breakfast was very very tasty and lots of good quality fresh fruits . 10/10 . Fantastic if you’re into playing Golf. We spent two nights here and didn’t want to leave. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Check in was okay, i did request a ground floor, walk in shower (due to a recent knee replacement) which was not upheld. The service was superb. The room offered was okay, dated, shabby in style but functional. Shower in bath was difficult to navigate. Spa /gym was nice, changing area slightly delapidated with non locking lockers. food in cellar bar was delicious and again the service superb.
