There was no desk or table in the room, though there was space -- not even a luggage rack (I asked), and no refrigerator or kettle. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, and it's £2.50.

Good value but take earplugs

Clean, modern, no frills but what you need. Great location. The downside? Although they state they are sound proofed rooms for city location they are not. The noise from the restaurant below could be heard in the room and I was awoken at 3.30am by a delivery van reversing and unloading outside my window.

Room with no view

Room with no atmosphere no furniture or tea making facilities. A room with only a bed and TV high on the wall. Felt like a prison for me. Had to go down to machine in reception for hot drinks. Check out in two nights.

Very convenient for rail station and city centre, great air conditioning, only downside is the thin pillows but thats the same in every easy hotel
