An excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staffs especially the young man who can speak Cantonese, he gave us some tips for traveling in Birmingham which is very useful! Cleanliness room having all things we needed; good location with a walking distance to town center and lovely delicious breakfast! Will definitely come back again when we needed.

I booked the wrong date after a long delayed. flight and arriving at 2AM with a 1 year old. I was told by the check in staff that they will squeeze us in that night and then work with Expedia on a refund. I have received no help from them to get the refund on the error of the night after I paid MORE to stay with them for only a few hours and Expedia has not been helpful at all. Severely disappointed in the experience. That said, our room was clean.

Enjoyed the view the window (12th floor) but didn’t like the noise and lack of amenities. Breakfast was very busy and noisy and there was a lack of cooked breakfast items. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean and tidy and had all the toiletries we would need.

Room and bed cant complain- big queue for breakfas

Stayed 1 night - cant complain about the room or bed. Only comment is the big queue for breakfast. We've had to wait about 15mins to be seated at around 8am and the queue became longer as time went on. Big queue for food and waffle machine. Lots of people everywhere - bit choatic.
