Weekend break

It was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely bar/lounge area downstairs, where you could sit and have a chat and a drink without having to sit in your room all night.

Comfortable stay near bimringham airport

It was a nice, comfortable stay for a night with family. Close to the Birmingham airport and NEC (10 mins drive). The room size was good; however, the bathroom was very small, and the shower cubicle was old. Breakfast however at the hotel was very good with plenty of options and quality of food was good

Lovely staff, hotel main area good, room shabby

Staff were great, very helpful. Room mostly clean however a bit tatty/ shabby with big chips in the furniture & decor . And very cold inside room, had to wait for it to warm up before removing coats

Stay somewhere else.

Staff member who checked us in, did his best but understaffed. Advised no shuttle bus when we needed it (the whole point of booking this hotel as we had a concert and airport connections), took ages to be served overpriced coffee and snacks, bed was hard as nails, rust on bath and then when decided to go for a swim couldn’t because of swimming lessons! Not great! We have spent a fortune on Ubers and cabs.

Check your air con thermostat

I stayed for 1 night as I was close to my place of work but my room was at the back of the hotel, so all night I could hear some sort of noise like a large boiler was rumbling outside. Also the air con wall controller kept turning off as it was on some sort of timer. The staff didn’t know how to resolve this issue

Lovely cosy room, comfy bed, really friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food in restaurant and great breakfast options. Decent price for hotel. Pool and spa lovely! Overpriced parking at £12 for overnight or £10 for a day.

Good choice for Birmingham airport hotel

Overnight crew stay for airport. Hotel as you would expect at this price level and company. Breakfast was good selection,quality and tasty but dinner was little disappointing menu wise and the ordering system was odd. Felt a bit canteen/cafe like instead of hotel restaurant.
