The reception staff were very curteous and helpful. The cleaners didn't empty my bin nor properly tuck in the bottom sheet on the bed. The room was comfortable and clean. The TV's are set to only reach a very low volume. The worst thing was the noise from the plumbing from other people's rooms.

We had to make an unexpected stopover in Birmingham due to the snow and booked in 30 mins before arrival. Excellent and super friendly staff who went above and beyond all expectations. Room was great, bed was super and good quality sheets. All was really clean. Would definitely think about stopping overnight here rather than getting a cab back home in the future as a much cheaper option.
