On this occasion value for money was pretty good. Breakfast was hot and included the normal standard items and there were options for veggie sausages and oat milk although they ran out of the sausages on our last morning. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfy. Staff were quite helpful. There was sufficient parking and location was handy for what we needed. There was a bit of noise from the room upstairs but hotel staff were helpful in sorting this. Having stayed in other Holiday Inns this is not the best I have stayed in but it was good for the price. Consideration could be given to including phones in rooms and some more options at breakfast such as pancakes, boiled/ poached eggs or omelettes.

No heating in the room we froze to death the first night . The next day reception said they can control the heating from there so they put the heating on but we had to go backwards and forwards to reception when it got to cold and to warmwarm.Thep to recbroken .
