Out of date, run down and dirty. Pool was tired, changing rooms were smelly. More like a nursing home, full up with viach parties

Dirty car park We bookend in nice sauna night for 8 ladies , we arrived at hotel around 3 at afternoon when its check in time and we been told that sauna is under maintenance, se we arrived for sauna night and we been left without sauna . We was so disappointed about this , someone should let us know that there is no sauna , we tried to contact Expedia and they just keep ignoring us . We definitely want some money back , we just need to know how we can contact management !!! Thank you

Liked the unusual art deco room which had a few faults but can be excused due to its unique look. Breakfast was much to be desired. Orange juice or rather orange water, fruit was all tinned, sausages & bacon was absolutely tasteless Real shame it let the whole experience down, saw other people throw their food away too.

Really impressed with the room - large, clean and very comfy. Swimming pool was good, not too cold. Breakfast had a good range of food for all. Dinner was ok although lacked much choice of vegetables and desert ran out early on.

This hotel looks good from outside and if we don't look too much closer. It is probably a good wedding venue but the service we had was limited for us. We had to deal with a dodgy lift, and a bed that was confy but we realised that the central beam was missing. The room has not been cleaned for 3 nights - which could be normal but we had no clue. The fire alarm was triggered at 1 am and we had a limited explanation about what was happening and what to do except some apologies. We heard the next day that it had been a fault in an empty room that triggered the alarm. Which probably talks about the status of the system.

Only good for a one night stay on a budget

Poor lighting in room, constant smell of weed being smoked. Lots of areas required some maintenance. Breakfast excellent however evening meal is a very strange mix of items very much catered to a very tight budget. You should go to local pub.

room was average but the location within the hotel was dreadful. I had to walk the length of the hotel then through the bar before being confronted by three flights of stairs. It looked like the room was above the kitchens as what sounded like extractor fans were running until 10.30 in the evening than started up again around 5.00 am the next morning . Very noisy even with windows closed. Roomm 118 or close - AVOID

No restaurant or bar open; couldn’t even provide bottle of water and nearest shop 15 min walk. Required to pay extra for a gym (didn’t use). Not as clean as should be and I paid extra for late check-out as had vitual meeting - informed reception that important I wasn’t disturbed - banging on door and shouting from housekeeping in middle of meeting telling me I should’ve checked out at 10am. Embarrassing and unacceptable. Also, paint marks all over mirror frame in room and windows in great need of clean (common areas).

Not bad for the price!

Nice Hotel with Lovely Grounds, in need of some maintenance around the hotel and rooms. Bar staff and restaurant staff friendly, however on both nights food did run out with limited option on the buffet. As a resident you still have to pay to use the pool every day, facilities were good.
