The room was very clean and well designed. The bed was comfortable for me (very tall). The bathroom pod was well designed and deceivingly spacious. This comment may seem a bit strange but we were impressed that the toilet paper was of high quality. The staff were outstanding both courteous, friendly, efficient and without fuss. Dealing with our luggage before and after check-in/out was very helpful. One difficulty we faced was the closing of the bathroom door which required a strong lift in order to avoid a loud enough bang to disturb other guests.

I wasn’t aware that this was a micro hotel. The space for the bed was OK. I did not like the round bathroom. It felt like a porta potty. The staff were young untrained, unaware representatives. The bar was nice.

I stayed here earlier this year and then again this month. Super convenient location, a short walk from the train station and to the city centre. The staff is awesome and the food is great. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m in Bristol next.
