The room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was well stocked and the bar staff were very attentive. It is never great to have to park off-site; however, the parking was close and the discounted price was helpful.

Good hotel. Clean and spacious. Breakfast options could be improved. One negative is that the hotel does not have parking so there is a 5 min walk to the nearest car park. However you can get a discount for parking through the hotel.

We used this hotel for our flight out of Shifphol , for an airport hotel it was fine. Clean , good breakfast. Would use again.

The staff is so friendly at this lovely hotel especially Amy at reception. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are immaculte. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk of the rail station and the old town of Bristol.

The staff were excellent - they really made the whole experience. The hotel is modern, clean and conveniently located to a large shopping centre (5-10 mins walk). The only negative is a lack of on-site parking. It’s a few mins walk away.
