Good position but not a very comfortable stay

The hotel is in an excellent position and we had a large room with a good view. The problem was that it was too hot in our room even with the fan on all day and night It was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Also for an expensive room we had no fridge and were only given two mini cartons of milk and had to keep asking for more Finally the check in took half an hour as there was just one person on reception and six people in front of us. I thought the standard was poor for a superiorly graded hotel.

Perfect location and great breakfast

Great location to Bristol Hippodrome, Harbourside and everything in Bristol centre. Our room was big, very quiet and the breakfast was great. Got a good night's sleep in a huge bed with nice outlook over Harbourside.

For the cost of the stay, would have expected more. Basic room with large tv. Two of us staying but only 2 milks, 2 sugars, 2 coffees and a couple of different teas.. Electrical sockets only by desk so awkward to do hair styling.
