Great for access to our convention, internet and food options can be a little iffy but it was extremely busy, the staff though were wonderful and helpful, it was easy to find and get around and being disabled they were so eager to make it more comfortable and manageable for me.

Lovely trip away!

Absolutely lovely room and patio doors opening to a view over river. Clean and comfortable room - set out lovely!! Furnishings to a high standard.

Great Stay

We had a lovely overnight stay. Rooms, bar and breakfast were all good and staff were very helpful. Great location for an event at the NEC - 5 minute walk. Would recommend and stay again.

Great overnight stay

We stayed overnight for a wedding celebration at the hotel and really enjoyed it all very much. Very comfortable bed and great breakfast.

Two night stay to be near to NEC

Bed was very comfortable except that we had a disability room and the bed was pushed up against the wall making it awkward for one person to get in. Bathroom however was brilliant with walk in shower, seat, grab rails and emergency cords. Food in bar was poor and expensive. Breakfast was good but expensive at 18 pound per person, nice choice but nothing out of the ordinary. A little bit disappointed as i had expected more from a Hilton hotel. Close to NEC and free shuttle bus was a bonus. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
