Great hotel - let down by the gym/pool

Enjoyed my stay - the room was clean and rooftop bar was fantastic. However, I used the gym/pool in the evening and it needed a good overhaul. There were towels all over the floor in the mens changing rooms and it felt unclean. Apart from that, the rest of the hotel was great.

Paid for an upgrade and was very pleased. Had access to the top floor. Amazing views. Tasty nibbles. Breakfast was stunning. Had a swim in the morning - lovely clean pool. So close to arena where we saw Lenny Kravitz. Loads of eating places. Fab weekend. Parking cost £30 for 48 hours. Easy process. Park in Gold car park. Tell reception on check out and discount is applied. Easy process.

Modern hotel ideally situated for Wembley Stadium and the Ovo Arena. Clean rooms & communal areas. Friendly and informative staff. Some quality sports memorabilia on display. Great breakfast with a full spread of options. Bar prices are London scary though.
