Rugby match weekend

We decided to stay at the Waren house as it was not too far to travel to watch the rugby at twickenham, staff are very helpful especially in the dinning room. However the fridge was not working in our room we had a double room lovely large walk in shower nice comfortable bed, but no bathrobes when I asked I was told this does not come with that type of room but when checking it states bathrobes the two nights we stayed they were unable to provide the robes rather disappointed.

loveley hotel in great location. Our stay was spoiled by mechanical failure causing a lot of noise at 6am on Sunday morning and hearing another guest complaining loudly about the noise. reported it at the time to reception but staff seemed reluctant to switch the unit off. The cleaners did a great job but other staff were a bit offish. asked the hotel to contact us at home to discuss the problem, but not heard from them.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff

Fabulous room with a lovely view of the garden. Quiet and relaxing hotel to stay in. The staff were courteous and addressed any query raised swiftly. The pool was nice for a quick swim and although we didn't use the gym it had plenty of relatively new equipment. The breakfast and food in general was okay and perhaps an area that could be worked on to make the stay even better. The hotel was overall very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

Warren House is a beautiful hotel in a very affluent area of London. Steeped in history, wish I could have spent more time but was away on business. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel has a strange policy of photocopying your ID and credit card, which isn’t normal in the UK, at least for British citizens. Food was excellent. Rooms were warm and modern. Mine wasn’t the biggest and bathroom was very small with a very cold floor. But relatively minor issues for 1 nights stay. Would definitely return.
