Great hotel. Spent a couple of nights there when visiting London. Rooms were great and beds were very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Close to Custom House station. Highly recommend

We stayed for one night to attend a show at o2. We had booked a double double with special request as reduced mobility. Message was considered and options suggested. We were put in a room facing away from the river where there was a big building project. This proved very noisy from early the following morning which wasn’t much appreciated by us after a late night!! Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Really nice hotel with a pool. Smooth check in with clear details on facilities. I stayed in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room before heading over to O2 arena for a show. Very convenient location and right next to cable cars. Came back late and was greeted by reception team on the way in despite it being late. I didn't have food there but it did smell delicious!

Good stay and good value. Asked to move room right away as it smelt of stale / recent smoke and it was done no quibble. Good to have a free coffee included anyway even before this. Pool had kids in it before the time on the hotel info so not easy to swim long but steam and sauna were good condition and worked well. Overall good stay!

They made us pay 50 pounds for early checking however didn’t return it for early check out. The hotel was very dirty and old. Not well kept at all. I won’t recommend neither go back.

Excellent staff!

The most lovely staff working on reception! So chatty and helpful! We were staying at the hotel for an Usher concert and the member of staff who was checking us in gave so much advice for travelling to the venue and getting home.

The staff were most helpful in meeting all my needs and providing all necessary information for me to get through the hotel; retained my luggage temporarily when asked for; provided a comfortable bedroom with excellent facilities; and even helped me get back into my room when I inadvertently locked myself out. The transport links from here are convenient, but it is testament to the hard work of the staff that they made my stay as stress-free as possible. Would certainly recommend for anyone going to ExCeL London or nearby.

Very nice hotel, pool smaller than expected. Parking quite restricted and you cannot prebook. But lovely condition and well laid out.
