Very noisy. I think a pub/ bar closes on the early hours. Bottles being tipped at 3/4am. Barrels being loaded / unloaded. Then a pneumatic drill started at 8.30am from the work across the road. Small very basic room. Shower head didn’t work. When turned to full flow only a dribble came out. Had to have it on blast / massage option. Only 1 decaf coffee sachet this morning and no sweetener. Ok for the money, but expect a sleepless night.

Second time stopped in hotel first time was good second time not so good stayed in room next to lift and very noisy door banging and could here people coming and going bed and pillows not so good,and very noisy in the night people very loud

Great Stay!

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was great for the price. I was very impressed. It's also located very centrally and quite near the Leeds train station.

Basic hotel, 3 mins from the station and right in the middle of the city. You get what you paid for. Fine for a night or 2. Some bathrooms are TINY so make sure you stipulate on check in you want a decent sized bathroom rooms 234 and 236 are ok!!

Friends break

The hotel was lovely and in a great position The staff were friendly and nothing was to much for them I felt that my bed was uncomfortable it my friends were very happy with their beds There was plenty of choice at breakfast The doors were locked by 10pm and you needed to ring the bell when entering after that If I was going back to Leeds I would definitely stay here again The Hotel needs an ashtray outside as there was nowhere to put cigarettes buts
