Awful - conned out of money x 2

They refused to believe I had already paid via hotels.com late on a Friday night for two tired ladies despite showing them my email etc from hotels.com showing I had. They made me pay again there and then before they’d let us in the room. In the morning I asked for a refund after showing both payment details but apparently the manager was off and only they could deal wit it and said they’d contact me. I left my email address. Nothing. No refund. It’s now been weeks. I’ll be taking it further.

Didn’t realise that hotels still had rooms so small, not a tall person but shower did not go over my head !! Room was claustrophobic, I know I booked a single but didn’t expect that, noise from traffic bad.

gem in the center of Chiswick, close to transport

The interior decor and condition of the interior was fabulous. I was really surprised and delighted. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were so helpful.

Wonderful!

They should call it The Greatest Western! We had a lovely stay. Service was amazing! It’s an old building so some things need attention but we could not fault it. We will definitely stay here again.
