Amazing stay! This is my new favorite place in West Kensington! The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious. The price matched exactly what I received. What I loved in particular is that the breakfast options are quick and easy for those of who're on a business trip and don't have long to decide. Thank you to the staff for such a pleasant stay and I look forward to returning!

They couldnt check me in for 30 minutes because the IT system was down. Eventually they did but I couldn't have a card for my room. In the morning the system still wasn't working, rude staff at a very basic breakfast. Throughout the night endless loud noises (like someone was hoovering above me, lots of people in the hallways). Felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

We loved our stay here!! We were really impressed by the amazing staff! The room we had was newly updated and very clean! The bed was cozy and even though our room was near the elevator it was very quiet. We did not oot for the breakfast so can't comment. This hotel has recently been bought out by the Marriott. We would definitely stay here again.

Front desk Staff were great. The guy who checked us in & Sandra (morning) was friendly, polite & professional. The room was small but very clean & modern. The shower was pretty cool too. I would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay again.

My daughter and I booked a room for Friday night as we had attended the Great Christmas Feast at 13:00 held at the nearby Lost Estate. We did not check in until 16:30 from the outside the hotel is freshly painted and is on a very quite road. On checking in we were met with a welcominhg smile and given room 52 on the lower ground floor. Our room had a window which seemed to lead onto an alleway. The room had aircon which we used as it was quite warm. Our room had a double bed which was fine and spotlessly clean . There is a convenient local Sainsbury within a few minutes walk and we bought bottled water as there was none in our room. After our show we headed to the Hand anf Flower a local Fulleres pub we only had starters and a dessert. Ending our evening with a bottle of wine in the room and a Christmas film. We would happily stay here again.
