Upon checkout found 2 bedbugs within seconds of each other. One was very large crawling up the wall behind the headboard into a picture frame and another one in my sheets. I’m positive there were more & likely have travellers with me now… immediately reported to front desk. TBD on resolution :(

We selected this hotel based on its proximity to the tube and the main attractions in London. We did look at the pictures of the hotel but clearly missed that it did not have A/C in the hotel. It was very warm in London while we were there and it was almost unbearable in our room. Room furniture was in good condition. Room was very clean and had a tea set up. Easy check in and check out. Staff was great. We did not eat there because we left early every morning for sightseeing. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance.
