The room description said there was a microwave and a fridge in it. Obviously, this meant I had use of the microwave and fridge in the kitchen, which i assume was ip a further flight of steep stairs. Noone actually showed me or told me where the kitchen was. I'm an adult, I could've asked, but I chose to manage without, because of the extra stairs involved. My room had a towel heater and a radiator, both of which were cold when I arrived. I tried to turn the radiator dial up, to no avail, but on request I did get an electric heater to use for my stay. If I'm honest, this was no more or less than I expected, even though the pictures and description on Hotels.com were misleading. I've stayed in enough of their properties to know what to expect. A tip to the cleaners: dust on top of things (TV, bathroom cabinet, wire trunking, etc)

Great hotel with a prime location near a Gurudwara, perfect for spiritual visits. There are plenty of Indian restaurants nearby offering delicious, authentic food. Comfortable stay with friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay in Southall Broadway

The room was incredibly clean and spacious, with thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and mineral water provided. The bed was comfortable, with fresh, clean sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This small hotel is right at the crossroads of the centre of Southall. Southall is a wonderful vibrant place with a great sense of community and fabulous food. yes, you need to keep the windows closed at night due to street noise, but this is to be expected with the position of the hotel. our room was small but very clean and the bed was comfy. there was coffee and tea making facilities and shower gel and shampoo. it was perfectly sited for our wedding trip, looking at the wonderful shops of Southall and getting to and from the station. Lastly the staff were delightful, both friendly and helpful. I think it was a great find for our needs.
