Entered using door bell, there was a friendly reception who welcomed us. We were handed over our room key. The room was small in size, as expected being in London, with a double bed and ensuite washroom. There were toiletries but we did not receive any towels unfortunately. There was a closet but one lock was broken. The bed was clean with some stain marks on the bed sheets (not sure what they were exactly). Overall, the room was satisfactory.
The attraction was the included breakfast. Most food items were supermarket purchased but the inclusion of the breakfast is an excellent thought.
This hotel is one of the worst hotel in England. The Receptionist is very rude in communicating with us. He very unprofessional and the matters smells very bad. Per night I paid 70 pounds. Just by beliving expedia review. Please dont stay there any one reading my review

This hotel doesn't even deserve a star
Amazing and the staff/manager was so helpful and lovely . The bed was comfortable and I slept soundly. The bathroom was lovely with a good size shower.
Great location. Basic room but decent breakfast. Fine for the price. Aome have said rooms are dirty but mine wasnt, just some mould in bathroom.

Bed was comfy, good location. Shower wasn't in the best condition. Decent selection for continental breakfast.

It was okay. Receptionist was pleasant. The room was tidy (though carpet was worn, also ripped undeneath the window). The bathroom was modern and excellent, with a good supply of essentials with a modern radiator. The TV couldn't be operated as was pixated, giving a code.
The room was cold at night as the radiator was permanently turned off. The window required curtains as only blinds available which did not close properly so had light coming in throughout the night. The room key couldn't lock the door whilst out of the room which was a concern, so I had to go for breakfast with my bag/valuables.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The setting was welcoming and with lovely breafast options available - THANK YOU

I stayed one night at the hotel. For the price and location near the DLR it is a great option. I paid £55 for one night which is about right. Anything more then I think you would start to question things as it is all very basic.
Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was included in my stay but I left before it opened so cannot comment on that. Will stay again if I can get a deal for around the same price.
I had an amazing time here. It was very clean, organised and homely.

Not the greatest 3 star hotel. The room was basic. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Upon returning to my room on Sunday after running a half marathon, a member of staff snapped at me about ringing the buzzer 3 times to open the door. I only rang it 3 times because I was unsure whether anyone was there to open it.
That did not stop them giving me a lesson on doorbell etiquette.
It was the last thing I needed after finishing a half marathon.
This is my 3rd visit here the rooms are more than fine for the amount of money they charge. They are clean and fine to go to sleep. My room had coffee and tea and soap with shower gel. Staff was nice. Breakfast is ok yet again for the money this is a bonus
