Stylish, functional hotel with a great concept, liked the social responsibility angle. I noticed that the staff were extremely polite and seemed happy and proud to work there. The room had a pared-back simplicity but without feeling cheap. Should have made time for the rooftop cafe, maybe next time!

Great hotel with very friendly staff

The hotel exceeded my expectations for such an affordable price. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made the whole experience memorable, would come back if staying in London again.

An okay stay

A really nice friendly welcome and the hotel was very clean. Although our room did have a water view, you couldn’t really see it as the bed was up against the window. The room is very compact and the noise levels from other rooms was extremely high. We also attempted to have a drink on the roof Terrace to find out it was a private function so we weren’t allowed to have drinks but there was no notification of this before we climbed up the stairs.. come on check

I stayed at Good Hotel London as it was close to the O2. Very clean and the rooftop bar is elite .. very close to the cable car facilities . Wonderful hotel and the staff were amazing

6 of us booked this hotel to go to the abba concert nearby. Location was fantastic, easy to get to and the neighbourhood felt safe. Staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful and the rooms were perfect for two people. Rooftop bar was an extra bonus. would happily stay again.

I cannot praise the staff enough, so helpful & informative. The guy on reception, I think his name was Paul, was amazing. We were visiting for Parkrun, which was a stones throw away from the hotel. The hotel offers free parking right outside for blue badge holders, which we weren’t expecting in London. Food was good, hotel room compact but comfy & lovely soft towels. Although there isn’t a TV - who really needs one ? Would highly recommend if you want to do Victoria Dock Parkrun. ❤️🏃‍♀️

Perfect location for going to the O2 via cable car. Hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms small but have everything you need, would recommend the complimentary ear plugs though because you do hear your neighbours!

This was our 2nd, and last stay at this hotel unfortunately. The rooms are stifling hot, you have to go down to reception and ask them to turn the air con on in the middle of the night. Even when we did that, they still did not turn it on which resulted in a really uncomfortable stay. We had friends in two other rooms who also had the same horrible stay.
