Checked in no issues, clean everywhere, lobby, corridors and rooms. Rooms are on the small size but perfect for a sole traveller or passing through couple, a great find and walking distance from Camden Town which was part of my trip and easy access into London.

Alarm went off through the night. Mistakes happen, but no apology the next morning. Receptionist seemed annoyed I'd even brought it up. Was told by the her to email the hotel to complain, which I did with no response so I'm guessing she deleted the email. To be fair if the alarm hadn't gone off the stay would have been fine.

Lovely location great reception but health and safety a concern. At 2:30 on wed 15th the fire alarm went off. I went to get out to find the guest that set the alarm off outside in my face I tried to calm him down as no staff there. I put the phone he gave me on reception desk. I work for NHS and could not get back to sleep. The apology for inconvenience was not a lot of consolation

Someone at the front desk copied my credit card information and used it for a Deliveroo order without my knowledge. Fortunately I caught it two days later and disputed the charge on my account, but now I have to get a new card from my bank

The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. The room we stayed in was a really good size for me and my girls. The Bathroom on first inspection looked really good, however there was a slightly worrying blob dark in colour near the toilet. In the middle of the bathroom floor there were some spots of something. The shower was good but the water took a while to drain away. We stayed for two nights and when we went out all day Saturday I was surprised when we got back that our room hadn't been cleaned. I've not been to a hotel where they don't do this. Also our key cards didn't work on the same day which meant I had to walk back to reception which was annoying after a long day out. I would stay again but I would ask a few more questions before I book a room.

There was sticky marks all over the walls and drips of some fluid over it. The carpet wasn’t clean. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on woke up with a mark from a metal rod in the bed. Only one pillow each and we went and asked for more but they didn’t have any. Also parking. It says 12 space car park when we arrived there were “2 spaces” but these were impossible to get in due to the trolleys and bins which they have laying about everywhere in the car park. The remote in the bedroom wasn’t working properly and all the buttons were inverted too. Would not go back not worth the money have stayed in much nicer hotels for cheaper.

constant road noise (double/triple glazing?), very uncomfortable bed, gap between bed and clothes stand only 9-10 inches apart so awkward to negotiate, TV didn't work (no signal) and unbelievably what sounded like the delivery of aluminium beer barrels in the middle of the night. All in all a dreadful night.

Hotel, rooms and furniture a bit tired and scuffed looking. Found a big black hair in chest of drawers. Helpful staff and 10 minute walk to nearest tube station.
