A good experience all round, let down by a poor standard evening meal (sirloin steak dinner) - what you would expect in a cafe really! Room was excellent, staff friendly. Car parking is good and reasonable at £20 per night. Don’t ask about the beers - Flattest pint ever at £7.15 per pint, you could do with some gas in it.

This was the perfect hotel for our stay as we needed a hotel close to a tube station and not too far from Heathrow Airport and Wembley stadium. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was lovely with a nice bathroom, big tv, tea/coffee etc. The décor is nice and fresh. We had an evening meal which was lovely and there is a nice bar lounge to relax in with comfy sofa's with a glass of wine. The breakfast included in the room price was awesome. We will definitely be back when coming to London.

A lovely, big and comfortable room. It was great to have a mini fridge, so many places don't. Would have been nice to have some biscuits and more lavazza coffee ((decaf), semi skimmed milk not just whole milk. Breakfast was good, a nice selection and well replenished. Clean and tidy too. Plus the coffee was lovely, and I'm very fussy! Hotel very convenient location for transport

The checkin service was poor. Nobody at desk when arrived, although there was someone serving behind the bar. Another member of staff walked behind the desk but did not even acknowledge me. Eventually someone came out to check me in. There was very little customer service and although I hadn’t booked direct through Hilton Honors I didn’t get the opportunity to provide my membership details. The room as a little tired and I had no view just a brick wall! Also the air conditioning was very noisy and I wasn’t able to turn it off/down so I got a very poor nights sleep. Overall not up to usual Hilton standard.

Very nice hotel with a really helpful staff and good breakfast. Location is a bit far from city center but really easy to travel with public transportation/car/taxi. Had a great time there! Maybe only con was that atleast the dishes we ordered for dinner first night, were a little bland.

Answer the phone!

Was a little worried from the outside but on stepping in to the hotel our worries were gone. A lovely welcome and good services when we asked about taxis etc. Totally let down during the night when our sleep was completely disturbed by very noisey and rude room next door. We phoned down to reception for a period of 2hrs and not once was the phone answered. A huge worry for someone who was in serious danger! Despite a completely naff sleep we can not fault the rooms, hotel and breakfast was great too.
