Overall it was an ok stay. Was on a work trip and my office was a 5 minute walk from this hotel (and I've stayed here previously) which is why I chose it. Convenient, close to metro and several bus stops, and with plenty of food/drink nearby. Will say I feel like the hotel itself has gone down a bit in cleanliness and attention to detail. To start I checked in in the morning and walked in my room and the trash from the previous guest was still in the bin in the room. I called immediately to have it changed out, and the person who answered was very apologetic and said they would change it asap, so I left within a half an hour of calling to go explore and when I arrived at night the trash was still there. I also went to use the hairdryer that night and it wasn't working, so called reception to get a new one, it took them 45 minutes to bring a new one and they only did because I called again. Turns out the new one was also broken, so they finally brough a third that worked. The electric kettle provided in the room was not the cleanest and had some visible gunk inside, I was very hesitant to use it so I just grabbed hot water downstairs whenever I wanted tea. I'm honestly not sure I would stay again, I really enjoyed the convenience of the location and the size of the room and comfort but it's feeling a bit forgotten/dirty. Also as I was leaving I overheard a guest at reception telling the person behind the counter there were moths all over the room/closet. Disappointing.
