Disgusting

The hotel was fantastic can’t fault the staff or facilities Bad point on returning from the ABBA voyage experience we arrived in a taxi and we were greeted to a mass brawl between a extremely large party of gypsy’s and trying to get to the lift my wife was knocked to the floor suffering extreme bruising to her arms and legs by burley men trying to what seems like trying to kill each other a very distressing experience to be polite Not what you would expect from a Hilton hotel your booking policy is at fault and checks should be made the same party were having breakfast beefing rude and unruly to myself and other guests I’m disgusted

Lovely hotel!

Absolutely loved our room! Extremely spacious, clean and the lighting was really bright! The breakfast choices were fantastic. Staff were professional and checked in on us during our stay. Great location for getting around town.

Weekend break

My daughter and I stayed in an executive twin with executive lounge access. We enjoyed every moment and we slept so well. It was so nice to be able to nip into the lounge for snacks and soft drinks as well as the happy hours between 6-8. Thank you Hilton. We loved it!

Exceptionally good service

We chose the Hilton because it was close to the underground station and only one stop away from the O2 Arena, so very convenient. The hotel itself is great, although starting to show some signs of age. But this was mitigated by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Kamila in particular made every effort to make our stay memorable and comfortable
