loved it. comfy bed. friendly staff. need more lighting in the rooms though, especially for reading. and a light over the table to do work. breakfast -was happy they had alternative milks like oat, but need better food options-fresher hashbrowns etc.

The area is not the best or most convenient for tourists but it’s safe and walkable to underground stations in about 10 minutes. The breakfast was surprisingly good, I would stay here again.

It was nice, suited the purpose as we were off the facility most of the time, rooms are not quite spacious and old but clean, staff were friendly and nice, breakfast was very good, it’s overall good for budget travel where you just need a place to sleep after a long day of leisure. Thank you

Room was very clean, well presented and location was excellent. Breakfast was great. Only negatives were the pillows I think were made of titanium and had a bit of a wait when checking out even though a member of the team walked passed us. Other than that, all good.

Very good hotel for the price. Not a fancy place but has a great balance of price vs. quality. Good breakfast, quiet place, conveniently located near the underground station. Highly recommend to those who don't want to pay insanely high prices for good quality hotels in the historic part of London.

Booked a standard room with option of queen or twin beds booked queen bed but was given twin beds and told it would be £20 extra for a queen bed Even though it was an option ?? Toilet blocked an room electrics went which made us late for a venue we was attending

A perfect stay in London with our family of 7. The hotel is convenient to all places of London using nearby public transportation. Also, the breakfast was fabulous and exactly what my family wanted to eat before heading out each day.
