Staff were very friendly and happy to help, our rooms were lovely, clean and very comfortable after a busy day. Only issue was the broken lift which left just one working. But this didn't worry us all much but could for anyone not able to climb 6 flights of stairs. Overall a wonderful stay and would book again.

Very run down Fred full rooms. Remote for TV didn’t work so you could not change channels or sound. Bathroom was terrible and one of the worst I’ve see. Disappointed with this hotel.

Great base for night out at the O2 arena, friendly staff and nice clean rooms with air con or if required plug in heaters. Breakfast was as good as any Holiday Inn I've been to which is why I return to them time and time again.

Breakfast a shambles

Clean room, could do with better lighting over a mirror, for women applying make-up. Bathroom lighting no better either. Breakfast was a shambles. There was a barrier stopping you entering the food part, so we all waited patiently. About 10 mins later a member of staff came and moved it for us to go in. Firsty as you walked in, there was no cutlery or plates. But then spotted the plates the other end, so everybody walked down to get them and then started queuing for the hot food. But this was all empty except for scrambled eggs and beans, no bacon, no sausages. A member of staff came out and started shouting saying people were queuing the wrong way. When people started complaining the foods that were empty, she was then shouting if everyone can just come back in a bit, they will bring more out. But surely the person that opened the barrier, should have checked first how much food, cutlery and plates there was before she let everyone in? Still no cutlery. Then someone said there was some on the bar, so had to go to the bar to get the cutlery. I had a croissant, but no butter or jam, until i noticed the butter was out on the toast table and the jams were on a table in the corner. Then I went to get a cup of tea, but no milk by the drinks section, so had to go and get some from next to the cereal. So there was alot of back and for. I think more thought needs to go into where your items are placed. I have stayed in many holiday inn express hotels, but this had to be the worst.

OK for a last minute booking for one night

Breakfast was good, enough options for everyone. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was average, the hair dryer wasnt clean and the chair in our room was covered in dark stains and should really be replaced or removed. Carpet was also quite heavily stained. Only 1 lift in use at the time of our visit. Definitely needs to be updated, a lot of fittings were scuffed or damaged.

Pleasant welcome from reception. Breakfast area very cold no matter where you sat. Air con was too much & not needed as weather not hot. A choice of eggs would have been nice instead of scrambled (which was quite dry) all the time. Room comfy.

Great stay for our one night trip to London. Excellent location (walking distance) from hotel to O2 arena. Check-in and check-out both seamless and all hotel staff professional and polite. A particular mention regarding breakfast which provided excellent choices of hot or cold buffet style. Highly recommend this hotel.
