The staff was very attentive and addressed any concerns we had professionally and immediately. We can't say enough nice things about the staff. We were there for the London marathon and even as busy as it was the little extra things like having free bananas, bottles of water on race day to taking time to share different apps to assist in getting around ect.

Good place but expensive parking

The hotel is clean tidy and comfortable. Also very quiet. The parking is expensive at £25 for 24 hours, so even if you stay for a few hours you still pay the minimum charge.

Lovely hotel with lovely breakfast, only downside was, bar is busy, but it’s the same person running the bar as well as reception, which means a long wait to get help at the desk/get a room key. Did get an apology , obviously not the gentleman’s fault, but feel more staff required so both areas are staffed.

Booked for a 3 night stay as going to the O2 arena . Breakfast was ok ,although food ran out quickly and then having to wait ,or ask for more things. Not a problem but staff not always aware until reminding them that things needed replenishing. Room was tired and not up to a good standard . Shower was awful and only drippled hot water out. Not the best holiday inn that I've stayed in . Very noisy too .
