There were 2 of us in the room. We had 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel. No facecloths. I found out later that one must request them. Why? Only one tiny elevator working. Breakfast was great but they should adjust the times - maybe 6-9:30 weekdays, 7-10 weekends. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant, especially Anita at reception.

Staff were great but drunk guests next door made it hard to sleep at night, someone was vacuuming till gone midnight also keeping me awake, doors slamming at 3am by guests.

The room was clean and staff were helpful. There was a long queue to check in and only one member of staff on reception. The pillows were old and required replacing. The room was noisy - adjoining internal door meant we could hear everything our neighbours said. There was also a weird noisy possibility plumbing related which kept us awake.

I don't usually have much to complain about when staying at hotels, but after staying in a very quiet room at a Premier Inn a few weeks ago at Paddington, this stay was the opposite - the noises kept me awake a lot of the night - people in the corridors and tapping from something above me and outside my window. Overall I am very disappointed with my stay, considering I am an IHG member and have stayed in many Holiday Inn hotels.

Great budget hotel with in a short walk to the 02 and other amenities. Clean room courteous staff lovely breakfast. Have a concert to go to this is the place for a 1 night stay.

Everything was great accept the sofa beds need a change. It was like sleeping on a brick. Make the high up try sleeping on the one in room 411 and they will buy new ones immediately

Staff were very friendly and happy to help, our rooms were lovely, clean and very comfortable after a busy day. Only issue was the broken lift which left just one working. But this didn't worry us all much but could for anyone not able to climb 6 flights of stairs. Overall a wonderful stay and would book again.
